Chocolate Class

Join the Pastry team for a delectable learning experience and indulge in the art of chocolate. Learn the different techniques of tempering chocolate. Explore the science and fundamentals of preparing Ganache and assorted fillings. Learn how to make Truffles and enrobed sweets. 

Explore the science behind the art. Our Head Pastry Instructors will guide you along the way. We will be showing all the necessary steps to produce and store professional chocolates. This is a 2-3 day process we will have designed to execute in this 3 hour class. 

We will teach the fundamentals of and the science behind   

  • Coverture chocolate and the chocolate tempering process 
  • How to enrobe products in tempered chocolate 
  • Ganache and the emulsion process 
  • Flavoring and changing the flavors of your ganache 
  • We will make Chambord Truffles 
  • Milk chocolate truffles 
  • Strawberry rose truffles 


You will also get to enjoy a specialty drink and take home your own chocolates and confections as well as a recipe pdf with tried-and-true recipes so you can continue to create at home and show off your chocolate making skills and knowledge. 


Tickets are $85 per person and includes one drink. Additional menu items and drinks can be purchased onsite.
